Shipping Policy

Get ready! Your order will arrive in 2–7 working days. Just a heads-up: we take a break on Fridays and official holidays, so shipping pauses on those days.

Delivery Costs:

  • Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, October & Helwan: 65 EGP.
  • Rest of Egypt: Flat rate of 100 EGP.
Good to Know: During busy times like sales or new drops, delivery might take a little longer than usual. Thanks for your patience! Also, please double-check your address and mobile number before confirming your order to avoid any delivery hiccups.


Returns & Swaps

Didn't fit perfectly? No worries! You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.

How to Return:

Please make sure the items are brand new, unworn, and unwashed with tags still on. We check every return, and unfortunately, we can't accept anything that looks worn or damaged.

The Money Talk:

  • You’ll get a full refund for the item itself.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable, and return shipping costs are covered by you.

Sale Items:

Grabbed a steal? Items on Final Sale (30% off or more) are yours to keep (no refunds). However, we might be able to swap the size if we still have stock!
